Is a deposit required?

For Grillz, a compulsory 50% deposit of the total agreed price must be paid upfront when the impressions are taken. The second half of the payment is paid when the product is complete and available for collection. For Bespoke Jewellery Pieces, a £400 deposit is required upfront to cover the service of sketches and computer designing. The rest of the balance is paid in different percentages over the process of production.

How long does it take to make?

For Grillz it takes between 1-4 weeks to complete depending on the complexity and amount of caps required in the order. Plain caps are done much quicker than caps that are engraved, diamond set or cut. For Bespoke Jewellery Pieces, the estimated time of completion will be worked out once the design has been finalised. Minimum of 3 weeks is desired by us to give us enough time to complete the order to our high stander.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of the Grillz or Bespoke Jewellery products we make, as they are solely made for the commissioner.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked in two ways.

Firstly is through the company website. Look for the ‘Book an appointment’ button and follow the instructions. You should receive a confirmation email after you’re done so you’ll also have a record of the option you chose. You are also able to change or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Second is through the social media accounts. If you send a personal message on our snapchat or Instagram account, we can book your slot for you but you will not receive a confirmation like you would through the first method.

Can I have my pieces cleaned/repaired?

All Grillz and Bespoke Jewellery pieces created by us can be brought back at any time to be booked in for a clean or repair. The time required for these services vary due to the size of the product and complexity of the design.

How can I order from outside of London?

We schedule pop up dates over the year in the hotspots of the UK for potential clients who are unable to make it to the office to get their moulds done.

Another method possible is to order the mould kit online to be received through the post with instructions. Once this is returned, we can make the custom Grill using the impression as long as it is in good condition. It will be safely posted back out to the client once completed and the balance fully cleared.

For Bespoke Jewellery Pieces, the £400 deposit can be paid online for the sketches and computer design to be completed. The rest of the balance can be settled online in multiple stages in line with the progress of the product.
